The Kudos page in the Nami dashboard is your single destination for everything people have said about your work — from formal review responses to informal kudos sent via /kudos.
Review Responses
Ratings and comments collected during formal review cycles. Each card shows:
- Reviewer role — Self, Manager, Peer, or Upward
- Rating score — numerical rating on the 1-5 scale
- Written comments — qualitative feedback for each question
- Cycle name and date
Kudos
Ad-hoc feedback sent outside of formal cycles via the /kudos slash command, tagged with one of three types:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Praise | Recognition for a job well done |
| Constructive | Suggestions for improvement |
| General | Observations that do not fit the other categories |
Filtering and Searching
Use the filter bar to narrow results:
- Source — filter by Review Ratings or Kudos
- Type — filter kudos by Praise, Constructive, or General
- Search — free-text search across all comments
Tip
Combine filters to quickly find what you need. For example, select "Manager" source and search for "communication" to surface all related manager comments.
Understanding Rating Scores
| Score | Label |
|---|---|
| 1 | Below expectations |
| 2 | Developing |
| 3 | Meets expectations |
| 4 | Exceeds expectations |
| 5 | Outstanding |
Anonymous Feedback Indicator
Some feedback displays an anonymous badge. This applies to upward feedback (always anonymized), anonymous kudos, and peer feedback when the cycle is configured for anonymous peers.
Who Can See What
| Role | Visibility |
|---|---|
| Employee | Own sent kudos + received kudos (only if sender chose "Share with recipient") |
| Manager | Own kudos plus all kudos for direct reports |
| HR / Admin | All kudos across the workspace |
Info
Managers can view direct reports' kudos regardless of the "Share with recipient" setting. However, they cannot see individual upward review responses about themselves — only the aggregated summary.
Warning
If you see no kudos, try sending one via /kudos in Slack. For review responses, confirm that a review cycle has been completed and your assignments were submitted.
