My Team Dashboard

1 min read

The My Team page gives managers a single view of their direct reports' performance status, review progress, and goal activity.

What You See

When you open Dashboard > My Team, each direct report is displayed as a card showing:

  • Pending reviews -- the number of reviews waiting for your input.
  • Completed reviews -- how many reviews you have already submitted for this person.
  • Latest rating -- the most recent overall rating (1-5) from a completed cycle.
  • Active goals -- count of goals currently in progress.
  • Avg goal progress -- the mean completion percentage across all active goals.

Tip

Click any team member's card to jump directly to their full profile, review history, or goal details.

Using the Dashboard Effectively

The dashboard is designed for at-a-glance prioritization. Focus on:

  1. High pending counts -- these reviews need your attention before deadlines hit.
  2. Low goal progress -- a team member falling behind may need a check-in.
  3. Rating trends -- compare latest ratings against previous cycles to spot growth or regression.

Filtering and Sorting

You can sort the team list by name, pending review count, or average goal progress. If you manage a large team, use the search bar to find a specific report quickly.

Info

The My Team view only shows your direct reports. If you need visibility into skip-level reports, ask your admin to grant extended access or use the Analytics module.

Taking Action

From the dashboard you can start a review, view someone's competency profile, or navigate to their goals page -- all without leaving the My Team section.
